Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA)

At Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), our horses benefit the lives of over 25,000 disabled children and adults. With fun activities like riding and carriage driving, we provide therapy, fitness, skills development and opportunities for achievement – all supported by 18,000 amazing volunteers and qualified coaches at nearly 500 RDA centres all over the UK.

We are a charity, and we can only carry out our life-changing activities thanks to the generosity of our donors, the dedication of our volunteers and the good nature of our fantastic horses. Our horses and ponies provide therapy and fun to people all over the UK. With your help we can do even more.

If you are looking for an RDA group near you, please visit ourfind a grouppage and contact them directly. Otherwise, please call or email our friendly office team.

Volunteers are essential in every area of RDA life. We welcome volunteers of 12 and over, there is no upper age limit and we need a wide range of skills – not just with horses. If you are interested, find/contact your nearest group today.

Please also visit the RDA Facebook page for the latest news and information.
