Jolly Joggers is a beginner’s couch to 5k running 12 week programme for people who want to improve their mental health by being more active. It is led by friendly, qualified run leaders who have personal experience of mental health problems on behalf of Black Country Mental Health.
Jolly Joggers is led by a small team of volunteers who are qualified as Running and Fitness coaches. The sessions are insured and risk assessed and open to people 18+.
Please note that Jolly Joggers is a 12 week programme, people can join up until the third week of the current programme. If you miss the third week deadline you would need to wait until the start of the next available Jolly Joggers group.
Activities take place at West Park, Wolverhampton on Saturday mornings from 10.15am.
