YMCA - Black Country Group

YMCA Black Country Group runs a wide range of different services across an increasing number of sites across the Black Country. These include family support and childcare; fitness and wellbeing; supported housing and community services.

YMCA enables people to develop their full potential in mind, body and spirit. Inspired by, and faithful to, our Christian values, we create supportive, inclusive and energising communities, where young people can truly belong, contribute and thrive.

We provide accommodation for over 150 young people each night who, for one reason or another, have been forced onto the streets or out of the family home. We support the young people in employability training, life skills and other methods to help them towards a better future. Our Childcare department consists of 3 Day nurseries supporting over 210 children in their early stages of learning, to help give them the best start possible.

Volunteering at YMCA is a great way to learn new skills, build new friendships and contribute to your local community. It may also enhance your CV and job prospects for the future! Please contact us for more details.
