Baby massage is a wonderful way to have quality bonding time with your baby, it also provides time to socialise and connect with others, something a lot of people have been deprived of this past year.
Baby massage is not only beneficial to babies but to a mothers postnatal mental health too as it boost oxytocin and can help with things such as anxiety, understanding your baby or bonding concerns you may feel.
In our classes you will learn a way to connect with your baby and comfort them through nurturing touch and the sound of your voice.
Each week you will learn massage for different areas of the body, along with a colic routine and how to include songs and stories into your massages. You will also learn baby and me mindful movements to help relieve stress and help you relax ready for massage as I know too well how flustering it can be with a new baby, after all these classes are as much about you as well as your baby.
The 5 weeks course including oil to use in class, information booklet and weekly handouts to continue learning at home.
