Little Bears Childcare

Little Bears is a larger childcare setting with three staff, operating like a micro nursery in a home-from-home environment. We have up to 10 children here daily and are able to separate into smaller groups throughout the day to ensure each child accesses nurturing and learning opportunities that are specifically catered to them.

  • Baby group (up to 2 years)
  • Toddler group (2-3 years)
  • Preschooler group (3-4 years)

Little Bears is currently working on all Early Years accreditation, which focuses on creating an atmosphere of warmth, wellbeing and happiness. We follow a nature based curriculum and learning is delivered through carefully planned sensory, heuristic and nature play, based around the EYFS and Development Matters.

We offer a preschool education for children aged 3years+ where parents can access flexible funded childcare. We offer funded places for eligible 2year old's too. Our latest OFSTED information can be found in the downloads section of this page.

For any other queries please do get in touch with us. We would be happy to assist.
