Citizens Advice Consumer Service

The Citizens Advice Consumer Service provides free confidential and impartial advice on consumer issues. The national service can tell you what your rights are and offer advice about how to make a complaint. Our trained advisers can give you consumer advice over the phone and online.

There is a short podcast/video on the web-page below which explains a little about the service and how it can assist you. Written submissions can be made to the address shown.

You can also contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau for further information, but the first point of call should be the consumer service due to their specific expertise.
