Who can make referrals for assessment for equiment?

Consultants, health professionals and theraputic services.

How is assessment accessed?

Through referral.

Through clinical assessment, and consultant/specialist recomendation.

How long will the assessment take and when will be the equipment be provided?

An assessment will take within one month of referral and equipment will be provided within 1 week to 1-4 months following assessment.

Will equipment be provided new or recycled?

Varies but mainly recycled.

How is equipment provided?

Equipment will be delivered.
