Bridge Supported Living is part of Bridge Care Solutions Ltd. The company provides support services to young people and adults in the community. We pride ourselves in our flexible and co-operative approach to our work to ensure the people who use our services receive a high quality service. Our services are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Supported Living provides bespoke living solutions to people with different levels of housing support and care needs living in their own homes, either living alone or sharing with other people, including young people in transition, people with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, substance misuse issues, mental health and complex care needs. Our service is person centred and tailored around individual needs and we put the hopes and aspirations of the people we support first.

Support is person-centred and individually tailored so that you are able to enjoy your home, be a valued member of your community, develop your skills and be as independent as possible. We aim to equip you with the essential skills needed to stay living independently in a home of your choice and lead a full and active life, the way that you choose.
