Starting Saturday 17 September 2022 at West Park Jolly Joggers working with Black Country Mental Health, are starting a new couch to 5K programme aimed at people who want to improve their mental wellbeing through being physically active in a supportive, friendly group.
Whether your aim is to reduce stress, improve your mood, run a 5K or meet new people this is the group for you.
Jolly Joggers are a friendly group of people wanting to reach their goals and improve their mental wellbeing through being active. Over the last seven years, they have supported hundreds of people to become more active. Their qualified coaches and volunteers will take you from couch to 5K in 12 weeks, giving you the confidence to join park run, our 'keep going group' or to run independently.
Places are limited and must be booked in advance.
To get the most from this group, we ask that you can comfortably walk for 20 minutes prior to registration.

The sessions will take place on Saturday mornings at 10.15am, meeting at the Band Stand, West Park, Wolverhampton.
